Awareness Through Movement Classes are gentle movement sequences, that are verbally guided by the Feldenkrais practitioner, while the participant is lying on the floor.
Regardless of age or physical abilities or restrictions you can learn to:
* Move freely and without pain
* Improve your flexibility
* Learn coordination and balance
* Lessen stress and tension in your body
* Eliminate fatigue
* Free yourself from habits that may constrain you
Functional Integration is a custom tailored movement lesson, unique to the needs of the participant. The practitioner guides you with gentle touch and movement while you are lying on a table comfortably clothed.
Functional Integration is advised when a person wants to accelerate change.
