Thai Massage
Thai massage is a combination of acupressure, yoga and meditation. It is commonly referred to as a passive form of yoga.
The therapist uses a combination of hands, elbows, thumbs, knees or feet to move the patient into a series of yoga-like or static stretches. Each Thai massage posture or movement flows into the next.
A variety of pressure techniques are applied for muscle compression, joint mobilization and acupressure. Thai massage is performed on a floor mat with the patient wearing loose and comfortable clothing.

Treatment time is 60 to 90 minutes depending on the areas being treated.
